A small group of 6 to 8 people meet once a week for a short, quiet time, using the structured prayers of the Iona Community or other Celtic prayers. There are usually one or two pieces of music, a scripture reading, and at the end of each prayer of intercession there is a pause to allow everyone to pray aloud or in silence for a particular person or situation.

Sometimes our prayers include a simple prayer for healing.

After the prayer session there is time for people to share what God has been doing for them or their loved ones, to share their joys or worries, or to simply talk about their day.
